Meet Your Mediation Team

Luke Feldmeier is a Texan who has personally been through divorce and understands how difficult and overwhelming the process can feel. He created Texas Divorce Consultantâ„¢ to help make the divorce process more understandable, accessible, and affordable for others. Through mediation, Luke and the TDC team aim to give couples a constructive path toward resolving their differences and moving forward.

David Davila is a certified mediator and notary who helps couples work through disagreements in a neutral and structured setting. His role is to help both parties communicate, identify areas of agreement, and explore possible solutions as they work toward resolving the issues in their divorce. David is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing TDC to provide mediation support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Mediation is a voluntary process, so both parties must agree to participate in mediation before the session can be scheduled.
What about after Mediation?
We can support you through the divorce process at low cost without legal guidance. Texas Divorce Consultancy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Clients who need legal advice or representation for a contested matter can be referred to Scott Boates, an independently retained Texas family law attorney.
